Microsoft has finally confirmed the existence of Xbox Series S and its price — $299.

The announcement happened right after a massive leak. On Monday, a reveal video appeared on Brad Sams’ YouTube channel together with an article on Thurrott.

So, it didn’t take long for Microsoft to confirm this on Twitter.

According to early leaks, Xbox Series S has 4 teraflops of video processing power, while the console itself is designed for 1080p gamers. In addition, the earlier version won’t have a disk drive. Let’s wait until Microsoft will confirm this themselves.
