A store listing for Deathloop has appeared on the PlayStation Store, and publisher Bethesda has announced the game will release on PS5 and PC on May 21, 2021. The pre-order page went live to coincide with the launch of the PlayStation 5.
Deathloop is the latest project from Arkane Lyon, the developer behind titles such as Dishonored and Prey. Originally set to launch in 2020, the game was delayed in August and pushed back to 2021. However, neither Sony nor developer Arkane Studios revealed exactly when the game would release.
Although Deathloop is being published by Bethesda, the company’s recent acquisition from Microsoft will not stop it from being a timed PS5 console exclusive.
You can pre-order the standard edition for $59.99 USD and the deluxe edition for $79.99 USD for PS5.
