Final Fantasy VII Remake Has Sold 5 Million Copies

Square Enix announced today that shipments and digital sales of Final Fantasy VII Remake have exceeded five million copies. This makes it the best-selling digital release on the PlayStation platform in the company’s history.

Earlier, Square Enix reported that the initial circulation of the remake for the first three days was 3.5 million copies.

Recall that the game was released on April 10 only on PlayStation 4 and it will reach other platforms only next year. At the same time, the continuation of the remake has already been launched into active production.
