In order to make your self-isolation more comfortable, publishers continue to offer free games. Now come free game announcements from Sony and Ubisoft!
First of all, Sony has announced its Play At Home initiative on its blog. It consists of two parts: establishing a $10 million fund to support struggling independent game studios during this time of uncertainty, and offering free games to keep players entertained while they quarantine at home.
Sony is making Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey free to download from April 15 at 8 p.m. PDT through May 5, 2020 at 8 p.m. PDT. But once you download them, they are yours to keep, free, forever!
PS4 owners in Germany and China will get Knack 2 instead of Uncharted: Nathan Drake. The Collection.
Meanwhile, Ubisoft is giving Assassin’s Creed II away as a download on Uplay. Follow this link and add the famous adventure to your library for free until April 17. The beginning of Ezio Auditore’s adventures is one of the best Assassin’s Creed games ever made. If you have never tried it (somehow), this is your chance for 20+ hours of amazing adventure across Florence, Venice and even a bit of Rome.
