Summer Game Fest Coming on June 10

Summer Game Fest is returning in 2021, with the event set to start on Thursday, June 10 at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET.

Geoff Keighley made the announcement on Twitter, revealing that the event will include a number of premiere showcases along with a performance by the rock band Weezer.

The show will feature games from the likes of 2K Games, Activision, Bandai Namco, Blizzard, Capcom, Devolver Digital, EA, Epic Games, Gearbox, Hi-Rez, PlayStation, Riot, Sega, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Warner Bros., and Xbox.

There will also be a special Day of the Devs indie showcase thanks to a special partnership with iam8bit.

This year’s event will be more condensed than its 2020 counterpart, which took place over the course of four months.

Here is the current event schedule for Summer Game Fest 2021:

• June 10 – Kickoff Live! 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET
• June 12 – Ubisoft Forward 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET
• June 16–22 – Steam Next Fest 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET
• July 22 – EA Play Live TBA
