Ubisoft’s Gods & Monsters May Have a New Name and Release Window

Thanks to a listing from the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee, a new project from Ubisoft called Immortals: Fenyx Rising has been revealed.

However, it is possible that this is the new name of Gods & Monsters, a game that Ubisoft was supposed to release in February 2020. You may notice a rather obvious connection between these two titles: Fenyx is the name of Gods & Monsters’ main character.

The game is supposed to tell a story about Greek gods trapped on an island full of mythical monsters. More probably, developers took some inspiration from Breath of the Wild, but still, we don’t know much.

It’s highly likely that we will hear more info about Immortals: Fenyx Rising during a new edition of Ubisoft Forward. A new showcase from the French company should be expected this September.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising is set for release in April 2021 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
