November 20, 2020

The ransomware attack that Capcom suffered recently may have been worse than previously thought, with even more information about future games being posted online.

The entire release schedule up until the year 2024 has now been discovered in the leak. This includes unannounced games such as a sequel to Dragon’s Dogma, Street Fighter 6, and remakes of Final Fighter and Power Stone.

Earlier this week, the same leak revealed information about both Resident Evil Village and Monster Hunter Rise. Capcom confirmed that information from this leak was stolen from company servers in Canada, Japan, and the US on November 2.

Capcom is now working with law enforcement agencies to bring the criminals who stole the data to justice and prevent further attacks. The publisher is also reportedly contacting employees and others who might have been affected.
