Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red has confirmed once again that the game will release in December following a number of high-profile delays.
Speaking in a presentation to the company’s investors yesterday on the developer’s official site, president Adam Kiciński and CFO Piotr Nielubowicz announced that there are no more plans to push back the title’s launch. The pair told investors that marketing for Cyberpunk 2077 is set to start in the next two weeks as the game’s launch date of December 10 approaches.
Cyberpunk 2077 has already been delayed several times. It was originally meant to release earlier this year but has been pushed back to allow the developers more time to finish the game. Despite promises that the title would definitely launch in November, it was again delayed for several weeks to widespread criticism from fans.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to launch on December 10 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a version for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S to follow next year.
