Good news for Fallout 76 fans: the Locked & Loaded update came out today. This update brings players a new Season, Scoreboard, and Rewards. Players can also expect to see new features for S.P.E.C.I.A.L. loadouts and C.A.M.P. slots on top of a big expansion for Daily Ops.
What can players expect to encounter first? With Season 4, you will get a new Scoreboard with 100 ranks on it. If you crave some change, you can reboot your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. once you’re past level 25. You can also reset your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. with Punch Machines that will also help you change perks and save your preferences into two different custom loadouts.
Players can now build a second home thanks to changes to C.A.M.P. slots. And you can now use Display Cases and Player Vending Machines inside your Shelter. The Display Cases are in the form of mannequins you can use to display your gear. Once you reach level 25 on the new Scoreboard, you’ll gain a set of male and female mannequins. Keep in mind you will be limited to no more than five mannequins at your Shelter or C.A.M.P.
Furthermore, a new Decryption game mode offers new rewards to players. The user interface has multiple improvements, including an Aim Assist option, Workbench crafting sliders, and World Activity Menu updates.
What will the new rewards look like? Bethesda is offering a wealth of outfits, weapon skins, Power Armor paints, cosmetics, Perk Card packs, and much more. Fallout 1st members can claim special rewards at certain milestones. Finally, you can now buy two previous rewards. The Antique Speed Bag and Perfect Bubblegum can be bought with gold bouillon from either Mortimer in The Crater or Samuel in Foundation.
Curious players can discover more about the update from the official release notes. Otherwise, you can simply jump right in and discover all of the cool new additions to the game.
