Sony has revealed that it will host a new State of Play livestream on Thursday, July 8, which will focus on the third-party game Deathloop. The livestream will start at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET / 10 p.m. BST and will last for around 30 minutes. You can tune in at PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
According to Sony, the event will include a nine-minute video showcasing the gameplay from Deathloop. The game is coming to PS5 and PC on Sept. 14.
As well as including an extensive gameplay demo for Deathloop, viewers will also get some more news about upcoming indie games and third-party titles.
Sony confirmed that this week’s State of Play will not include any first-party releases, with the company planning on sharing more information about the new God of War, Horizon Forbidden West, and the next generation of PlayStation VR later in the summer.
