In March, it was revealed that Remedy Entertainment is working on several unannounced projects. One of them is a full-fledged AAA game and the second one is a smaller-scale game. Both projects will use the Northlight Engine, which was used for Control. Epic Games will publish these games.
It seems that the next Remedy game is codenamed “BigFish.” This information was found on Epicdata.info, which tracks various statistics of the digital platform Epic Games Store. Thus, attentive users noticed that the developers of Control have been updating a certain project labeled “BigFish” during the last month.
Unfortunately, it does not give any information about what Remedy is working on right now. By now Remedy is finalizing the second plot extension for Control called AWE. It will very likely shed some light on the mysteries of Alan Wake, the writer lost in the darkness.
