Capcom has released a new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise during today’s livestream event, which details a number of fresh additions to the franchise.
According to the trailer, players will be able to battle a variety of new monster types that have not been seen in the series before. This includes the Goss Harag, Barioth, Tigrez, Great Saggi, and Khezu.
The trailer also shows off some of the locations that will be featured in Monster Hunter Rise. The most notable region is the Frost Islands, although other areas were also briefly displayed during the footage.
However, the biggest change to gameplay comes in the form of monster riding, which allows players to use silk to jump on top and control one of the creatures. They can then be used to battle other flying wyvern in the skies.
Monster Hunter Rise is coming to Nintendo Switch on March 26.
