All Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Participants Will Be 20 Years Older

May 18, 2020

All the skateboarding masters who participated in the original Pro Skater are going to appear in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 (2020). The nuance is that the original games were released 20 years ago (1999 and 2000). And the passage of time will be reflected in the new version!

As GameInsider first reported and Kotaku confirmed, the developers invited legendary skateboarders and scanned their appearance again especially for Pro Skater 1+2. So, you will not play for cheerful and young Tony Hawk but for his current version with crumpled old face and sliding hair.

This week Hawk turned 52. The announcement of Pro Skater 1+2 happened just on his birthday. Kotaku mentions the age of several other skateboarders who will appear in the remake: for example, Rodney Mullen is 53 years old and Elissa Steamer is 44. The youngest board virtuoso of the first Pro Skater is Chad Muska (41) and the oldest is Steve Caballero (55).

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will be released on September 4, 2020.
