If you’re craving news about Animal Crossing: New Horizon, we’ve got some good news. The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct is dropping on Oct. 15 at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m ET.
What is the Direct likely to include? Players can count on hearing about the new content coming to the game in November. To get a preview of what that content may look like, take a look at this teaser from Nintendo:
Based on the teaser, it looks like New Horizons will be getting The Roost cafe added to it. As longtime franchise fans know, that means we are likely to also see the coffee-slinging pigeon Brewster. If past games are any indication, you’ll need to slurp a lot of coffee to get (and stay) on his good side.
Aside from The Roost, players are hoping to hear about upcoming holiday-related events and items. While Halloween events are already going on in the game, we may learn more about the main event scheduled for Oct. 31. And we may even discover special content slated to help players celebrate Thanksgiving.
Beyond the teaser and some fan speculation, there is plenty of room for Nintendo to drop a few surprises we never saw coming. What would you like to see added to the game? Be sure to let us know in the comments!
