Remember the Gears 5 launch trailer? It featured a red desert, absolutely crazy action that Mad Max: Fury Road would envy, and an astonishing cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain” by Evanescence.
Now, Evanescence has released the official video for their cover of “The Chain.” If you look closely, you may notice some Gears 5 in-game shots in the background.

Gears 5 was released last September. It’s a direct sequel to Gears of War 4 and focuses on Kait Diaz’s story. She must uncover the origins of the Locust and her own family. The game was warmly accepted by both fans and critics.
