Mass Effect Legendary Edition Resolution and Frame Rate Details Reveal One Console Has the Advantage

May 6, 2021

BioWare and EA have revealed the frame rate and resolution that Mass Effect Legendary Edition players will be able to experience on each console.

The game will offer two modes, Favor Quality and Favor Framerate, giving users the option to prioritize resolution or frame rate accordingly. Both modes will be available across all platforms (PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S), although each console will differ in terms of what resolution and frame rate is possible.

Xbox Series X has the advantage as the only console capable of running the game at 120 FPS, in Framerate mode.
