Aftermath DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 will be released on Tuesday, May 26. NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have released the add-on trailer. If you don’t like hip-hop, get ready to cover your ears!
Aftermath is a direct continuation of the main MK11 campaign. To prevent the world from ending, Liu Kang sends Fujin, the Night Wolf and Shang Tsung back in time. The task of the Trinity is to find Kronika’s crown. A full adventure with spectacular cinematics is planned.
Aftermath will add three new fighters to the fighting game — Shiva, Fujin and Robocop. The latter was voiced by Peter Weller, the actor who starred in the 1987 film Robocop.
In addition to the purchasable DLC, Mortal Kombat 11 will get a free update. It includes new arenas, unique achievements for specific levels, as well as Friendships — it’s like fatality, but more about friendship and kindness.
