Last year, Sony began a Play At Home initiative to help out gamers who are mostly stuck inside due to COVID-19. Now, you can download Ratchet & Clank (2016) on PS4 and PS5 completely free as part of that initiative.
The title is available to download for free through the end of March. And after downloading it, you own the game forever: no strings attached.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of the characters or new to the franchise, this game is definitely worth the download. It reimagines the original 2002 Ratchet & Clank with better graphics and more rewarding gameplay.
And if you have fun playing it, you can go ahead and pre-order Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (complete with some fun bonuses) before it comes out on June 11.
Sony’s Play At Home initiative will last through June and include additional gaming content as well as media content. For example, starting on March 25, new Funimation subscribers can get an extra 90 days added to their 14-day free trial.
