Supermassive Games has announced the next game in The Dark Pictures Anthology, called Little Hope, is due for summer 2020. The company plans to release eight interactive horror films in total for the series. The first game in the anthology, Man of Medan, came out last summer.
According to Supermassive CEO Pete Samuels, the creators were impressed by the feedback from players and the success of Man of Medan. Now the team is going to tell a whole new terrifying story in the anthology.
The events of the game will unfold in the abandoned city Little Hope. The four students and their teacher must escape from the terrifying visions that haunt them through an unsightly fog. The heroes will find the root of evil and how it relates to them. A lot depends on your decisions just like in Man of Medan — characters survival completely depends on you.
The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will appear on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
