Travis Scott Will Perform His New Music in Fortnite

April 21, 2020

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can only see musicians performing live through our digital screens. Now, rapper Travis Scott will host the world premiere of his new song “Astronomical” on Fortnite’s virtual stage. The performance will be held as part of the Astronomical event. “Astronomical is an other-worldly experience inspired by Cactus Jack’s creations, built from the ground up in Fortnite,” Epic Games says.

“To make sure everyone has a chance to experience Astronomical, we’re setting up multiple tour dates with showtimes for players around the globe. Jump in to whichever time fits your schedule best, or catch an encore with your friends if they missed it.”

The Astronomical event will take place at the following times:

  • Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m. EST
  • Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. EST
  • Saturday, April 25 at 12 a.m. EST
  • Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m. EST
  • Saturday, April 25 at 6 p.m. EST

Of course, you don’t have to pay for the show. The entrance opens 30 minutes before the show, so the developers advise you to come early.

You will receive an Astroworld Cyclone hang glider and two loading screens for free. Also, Travis Scott will appear in the Icon Series — starting on April 21 you can buy themed outfits, emotes, and other items.
