Watch Dogs: Legion ‘Hacks’ Other Ubisoft Games in Microsoft Store

October 22, 2020

Ubisoft has started to promote Watch Dogs: Legion in a weird way. On Wednesday, some of the game covers in the Microsoft Store were “hacked.” Now, you can see a nice piggy with a monocle on many covers of Ubisoft games.

The situation is obvious: DedSec, the hacker characters from the Watch Dogs franchise, “hacked” the other games. Moreover, they left a few gifts: such titles as Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection, Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition, The Division 2 Warlords of New York, Ghost Recon Wildlands and others received discounts of 67% off or more for the next 14 days.

There are no signs of “hacking” on the other stores, so the promotional “hack” was made exclusively for the Microsoft Store. However, Watch Dogs: Legion will be released for every platform: October 29 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia; November 10 for Xbox Series; and November 12 for PlayStation 5.
