Ed Boon, creator of Mortal Kombat, has announced that Mortal Kombat 11 has sold more than eight million copies. It took almost a year and a half to reach this bar: the game was released on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in April 2019, and last November on Stadia.
